Junior Chef £7 ph plus equal share of cash tips (up to £100 p/w) You will have previous referenced experience in a similar role and have a passion for food and gaining knowlege in this industry. You must be able to follow recepies and have the ability to cope under pressure. Cooking will be required at initial interview.

Kitchen Porter hourly rate dependent on experience plus equal share of cash tips (up to £100 p/w) You will have previous referenced experience in a similar role. You must be, presentable, over 16 and be willing and able to work hard in this very very busy role. You will have the ability to help the chefs in daily preparation of food. Role could involve training in cookery for the right person.

General waiting staff hourly rate dependant on experience plus equal share of cash tips(up to £100 p/w) You will have had previous waiting experience in a similar role and have passion for food and beverage. You will be carasmatic and be able to deal with customers with a polite and friendly tone in all situations. Interview will include practical assesment. Contrated 45 hrs p/w.
